2016 Honda Odyssey: Modern Minivan
With seven models to choose from, there’s more than just space and technology to consider when it comes to the 2016 Honda Odyssey and finding precisely the right model for you.

The whole purpose of a minivan is to be as useful as possible, and there’s no denying that the 2016 Honda Odyssey is the absolute master at everything when it comes to catering to family and driver needs.

Hands down, the Odyssey is the best-looking minivan offered in the segment right now. Modern, sculpted lines define this three-rowed vehicle and give it a level of sophistication often lost in the segment. With distinctive bodylines and a low-slung and almost athletic stance, the 2016 Odyssey is a head-turner on the road, and has some serious presence. LED taillights bars and HID headlights, along with 18” aluminum alloy wheels drive home the modern, stylish persona this minivan encompasses. Finally, the Odyssey’s sweeping roofline alludes to the van’s performance abilities, and reminds everyone that this is, after all, a Honda.

Everything you Need in a Minivan

The 2016 Honda Odyssey is about more than just its good-looking exterior. Step inside and you’re instantly greeted with a typically Honda centre stack, which is to say it’s practical, easy to use, and offers a plethora of features to make driving and living with your Odyssey that much easier. One of those features in particular, the HondaLink, is just a click away, with access available on the steering wheel, to keep you connected to your phone with a selection of cloud-based media, which ensures you keep your eyes on the road ahead at all times. Honda’s 8” i-MID TFT display also provides information such as fuel efficiency, audio information, and fuel efficiency.

There’s also an available Honda DVD Ultrawide Rear Entertainment System that offers a dual screen on a massive 16.2” drop-down unit as well as separate RCA video inputs so everyone in the backseats is satisfied on those long family road trips.

The 2016 Honda Odyssey has room for up to eight passengers and up to 4,205 litres of cargo space (with the second and third row folded).  Oh, and did we mention the available HondaVac system that makes cleaning up a breeze?

Discover Exactly what your Lifestyle Needs

With seven models to choose from, there’s more than just space and technology to consider when it comes to the 2016 Honda Odyssey and finding precisely the right model for you.

Across the lineup, the 2016 Odyssey comes equipped with a 3.5L i-VTEC V6 that produces 248 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. Power is controlled via a 6-speed automatic transmission and is sent to the front wheels only. The 2016 Honda Odyssey sets itself apart from other minivans by offering a ride that’s unique and spirited, in true Honda fashion.

Active safety systems, like an available forward collision warning system, lane departure warning system, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system), vehicle stability assist with traction control, as well as EBD (electronic brake-force distribution, make the 2016 model the ideal safety choice for families and ensure all occupants are protected on any and all journeys.
